2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer - 3 months - £220.00 per day inside IR35 - Leeds

Our client is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join their end client's team on-site in Leeds.

This is a contract opportunity for an initial 3-month period with the possibility of extension.

Please note this will be on a monthly pay cycle.

The Role:

    Business As Usual

    • Deskside support, resolution of Service Desk tickets
    • Work on technical assigned calls through to resolution, keeping the ticket and the customer up to date.
    • Provide support to resolve complex faults with specific technologies and multi-technology solutions, including internally built technologies
    • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues

    Backlog Technical

    • Resolution of backlog of Service Desk tickets using ServiceNow
    • Work on technical assigned calls through to resolution, keeping the ticket and the customer up to date.
    • Provide support to resolve complex faults with specific technologies and multi-technology solutions, including internally built technologies
    • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues

    Standard Build

    • Provision of devices using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
    • Setup and configure laptops, desktops, tablets (Windows, Mac, Linux)

    We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to work flexibly and efficiently whilst having a proven background in various IT systems, hardware, deployments, rollouts and configuration along with a drive and passion to succeed.
