• Hardware: PC Systems Design and Assembly, Wireless Routers and Access Point setup & configuration
• Software: Office 2007,2013, & 365 , Outlook, Excel, Power point, Backup, Recovery and Restoring Data, Windows Server OS (2003 and 2008 Installation and Management, Windows XP, Windows 7,8.1 & 10 installation and Management , SCCM & MDT imaging, Intune , Azure , O365
Languages Known: English, Bulgarian

1. Onsite Desktop/ Laptops support
2. Windows OS (client) and Office 365 support
3. Telephony and conference room Endpoints
4. Printer services and support
5. Hangout Units, Teams Conference Rooms
6. Thin Client support
7. TV's & Projectors in Conference rooms
8. AD and IDMS Operations
9. Concierge Service
10. 3rd Party Vendor Management
11. Vendor coordination
