- Define and agree guiding principles of overarching deployment management with regards to main pillars:
business strategy, business organization, business capabilities, business processes and IT systems / applications
- Detail and manage scope of deployment phase on overarching level
- Define, agree and manage Integration and Change Management
- Define and manage approved Governance for Deployment Phase
- Define Project Organization(s) for Deployment Phase / demand Resource by the Organization
- Define, agree and manage approved transformation Roadmap
- Define, agree and manage approved technical/application release management strategy and processes for S/4
ERP
- Provide standardized template for fit/gap / cutover / test strategies / hypercare
- Define, agree and manage communication plan with spin-off projects
- Define / analyze Stakeholders and develop / manage stakeholder management plan
- Define and manage according to approved Risk Management Plan
- Define and manage according to approved Quality assurance plan and process
- Monitor and manage industrialized projects according to transformation roadmap
- Plan and request budget for deployment phase according to WSD rules
- Define, agree, manage and update overarching project time plan (time, resource)
