JOB SUMMARYAs Business Analyst you will be supporting execution of the projects from their initiation until closing. Working in European business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CET)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support of Project Managers
• Communication with stakeholders (internal and external)
• Verification of tasks and milestones
• Monitoring project related issues and risks
• Reports creation
• Administration of projects’ repository
• Help to develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables
• gathering and collecting requirements
• preparing test scenarios and specifications
• creation of project charters
• support of users using project’s tools
• creation of knowledge base with FAQ
• bringing in continuous improvement in area of expertise
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines and project lifecycle
• Able to communicate effectively in English to convey complex technical information to stakeholders
• Able to identify risks and manage them
• Detail oriented
• Practical skills and knowledge in computer and operating systems
• Very good level of analysis and problem-solving skills
• Very good command of Excel
• Practical knowledge of IC Project/MS Project/SharePoint/Confluence or any other similar tool nice to have
• Prince2/AgilePM/PMI group/IPMA certificate nice to have
• Proactive attitude
