Technical: Troubleshooting SAP Basis issue, SAP Client Copies, SAP System Copies, Installing SAP System, Language Pack Installation, Tablespace Management, Spool Administration, Live Cache Administration, SSO/SSL Configuration, Kernel Upgrades, SAP Hardening, Data Loads, System Monitoring, ALE and Partner Profiles setup, Workflow Management, SAP Parameter, SAP Transport Management, SAP User and Role Administration.
Language skills: English, Turkish
Area of responsibilities
§ Familiar with SAP Products (SAP ECC , PI , Portal and solman, BOBJ, IDM, GRC ) and Administration.
§ Expertise in trouble shooting the performance issues and preparing RCA.
§ Solving escalated tickets from L1, Ticket logging and escalation to L3 where required
§ Perform complex tasks like Parameter changes, Kernel upgrades, Hardening, Takeover, Support pack upgrade, certificate imports, License updates, Java system deployment.
§ Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances
§ Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA, Production and DR etc.,).
§ Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required.
