Within this Group of companies there is a huge amount of data collected and we have a dedicated AI team in the business working on extracting useful information from the data to help business decisions. The Computer Vision (CV) Specialist will work in our AI team within the business' broader Digitalization Organization.
As a CV Specialist, he/she will be responsible for using cutting-edge technology in Computer Vision field for instance, Deep Learning based model building, object detection and recognition, activity recognition to deliver projects.
He/she should have a great understanding of Computer Vision algorithms and tools. He/she should have a good understanding of state-of-the-art technologies and are willing to explore technologies to contributing to delivering business values.
He/she will use these methods in a broader sense, to solve business problems by working with business SME/users to assess opportunities and review expected outputs.
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
