We are looking for a candidate who will join the team responsible for network collaboration engineering & operations in our European Regional Data Centre. In a constantly evolving technology environment, the candidate will be expected to contribute to the road map, design and implementation of next generation collaboration infrastructure solutions and provide high quality support of existing products and solutions.
The position encompasses the following task:
Troubleshooting and maintaining existing Cisco Collaboration infrastructure
Troubleshooting, deploying and resolving voice, video, network, wireless and security related issues
Deploying IP telephony services including IP telephony Servers, voice and fax gateways
Troubleshooting and maintaining existing fax gateway infrastructure (MGCP, T.38)
Contribute to an evolving global solution design
Take ownership of the preparation and execution of site migrations to the global voice and video platform
Implementing processes, policies, best practices and tools to provide a stable, predictable and high-performance network
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following technologies:
Engineering and Cisco Collaboration architecture design, including CUCM, CUCN, EWAY, CMS, CUBE
Supporting business application end-users
Software testing and Quality Assurance in UAT and pre-production environments
Business analysis methodologies
We look for candidates with:
Relevant industry certifications (CCIE Collab, CCNP Collab, etc.)
8+ years relevant industry experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering and supporting solutions within the Cisco collaboration space, consulting or supporting the related technologies within this job description
