Description
My client seeks to recruit a Major Incident Manager, you will join an existing team ensuring that all SLA's are met, monitoring and liaising with business owners to manage/own high priorities incidents to resolution. Manage communications to all appropriate stakeholders, ensuring the invocation of defined escalations models in a timely fashion, continued review and improvement of concerns are met and resolved.
Skills required: problem management processes - escalations/related disciplines, experience of working to strict SLA's, ITIL structure and process.
