For security company in Netherlands we are looking for Service desk Engineer.
We are looking for 2 1st line and 2nd line support engineers.
You will be first point of contact in case of problems, solving issues.

1st line:
First point of contact in case of problems
At the moment mainly solving basic issues (password reset etc)
Identify Priority/Impact
Forward tickets to 2nd/3rd line where necessary
* Experience as 1st line, 2nd line support (both or one of them)
* Experience with SFDC and SAP, Outsystems
* Experience wit reviewing of documentation of new functionality
* Excellent communication skills either in Dutch or German

Location is in Assen, but possibility to work from home (Netherlands or Germany)
Dutch or German language necessary
