Proposal Writer/Administrator
6 Month contract initially
Based: Remotely & Cumbria
Rate - £200 - £250 per day

We have an excellent opportunity with a world leading organisation, a leader in their field and great organisation to work with. We are looking for two Proposal Writers/
Administrators to join the team on a great project.

You'll have a hugely positive impact across the Pre-Sales area in this role and will be responsible for all aspects of proposal management and administration. We have great inhouse tools to support you in ensuring that the Project Management delivery methodologies and financial controls are followed on the project.

Key Responsibilities:
*Motivated, collaborative, and determined you'll manage the project through its life cycle.
*Specifically focused on the proposal baseline dates.
*Accountable for clear and concise status and proposal reporting both internal and external, including the management of the IV process.
*Able to Manage numerous action logs with accuracy, good stakeholder management and excellent communication.

Key Skills & Experience:
*Provide Simple Proposal input as requested and identified by Pre-Sales team.
*At the invitation of the PMO and Pre-Sales team, receive assigned projects in accordance with account processes.
*Deliver detailed project plans and schedules at Milestone 1.
*Deliver Small projects in alignment with current processes.
*Deliver all project Milestones as baselined at MS1.
*Deliver all required project documentation and reports in both UPM and PIAB (incl, but not limited to Project KO, PID, RAIDDA, e-monitoring WUR, RTG Report, project closure report, small project reporting and escalation boards.)
*Deliver project progress updates at all project, programme and account-level Steering Boards.
*Complete all daily, weekly and monthly project reporting requirements across the two IT systems in use.
*Complete all project lessons learned activities as part of the project closure processes.
*Manage all project financial details (and associated reporting) requirements across the two IT systems in use.
