Job Details
We have an excellent opportunity - 3 months initially - to work as a Windows 10 Deployment Engineer, providing upgrade, installation, deployment and troubleshooting services in a corporate environment for a client based in Whitehaven.
In accordance with Covid-19 health and safety measures, this is a site based Windows 10 Deployment Engineer role, so strong communication and excellent customer service skills are required.
Full training and instructions will be provided.
Requirements
Previous commercial experience operating as a Windows Deployment Engineer, Build/Imaging Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer
Experience of deploying or building/imaging a mixture of laptop and desktop devices
Basic networking knowledge
Willingness to do the less glamourous tasks of IT, ie lifting/shifting
Excellent customer facing skills
Personal Characteristics
Positive attitude, calm under pressure, great work ethic, strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
