We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Cloud Security Architect (AWS)-London for one of their public sector Clients based in UK.
- IR35: This role is inside of IR35
- Initial duration: 6 months
1. Proficiency in Security for Cloud
2. Proficiency in Vulnerability Management
3. Excellent command of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies
4. Understanding of Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Management on Cloud.
5. Experience and in-depth knowledge of AWS is required. Experience with any other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure and Ali Cloud) is a plus.
6. Experience and knowledge of securing Kubernetes, container and serverless technologies on AWS
7. Ability to produce hardened configuration standards for cloud services
8. Threat modelling experience
9. Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript and understanding of software vulnerabilities and vulnerability remediation
10. Experience with IaC Scripting languages is required - Terraform, Cloud formation etc.
11. A proven track record working within an enterprise scale organisation
12. Keen understanding of national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics related to financial industry cybersecurity
13. Ability to identify network attacks and systemic security issues as they relate to threats and vulnerabilities, with focus on recommendations for enhancements or remediation
14. Dev-ops and application security & data security experience
15. Solution architecture skills required
