Contract Environgment Manaager - Retail/FMCG background - Oracle Retail or ERP implementation ideal
Execute the Environment Management Strategy delivered by th SI
Work closely with SI project team and the IT function to plan what environments are needed and when for both Oracle Suite and the impacted existing systems in the existing landscape.
Ensure Oracle Suite and existing system environments/versions are synchronized for software releases associated with the ERP project for both Oracle and existing environments
Ensure test data is available and in line with latest data migration cleansing outputs for both Oracle and existing systems
- Work with project, IT team members and third parties to ensure that environments are available as required by the project
- Monitor Oracle environments during project life cycle performing environment maintenance and housekeeping as required
- Assist in the technical testing of internal and external systems and services. This will include stress and load testing
- Ensure access at the right level to the required project and IT members
- Deliver environment management aspects of the Service design processes, policies, standards and documents
- Perform environment transition to operations teams as per the Service transition plan for the project
- Work within the IT processes to provide assistance with IT operations of the production environments during Transition states
