Senior IT Support Analyst - 12 months - Inside IR35
Role:
- The IT Support Analyst is responsible for 1st/2nd line support on all aspects of the IT infrastructure
- The role will cover everything from desktop hardware/software through to the Server infrastructure for local areas.
Technical skills required
- Hands on experience of multi-site/server environment (25+)
- Microsoft Certified MCSA/MCSE/VMware Qualification
- Supporting and maintaining a virtual environment
- Hands-on experience of Server 2012 or more
- Experience of SharePoint 2013 or more
- Experience of Microsoft Skype for Business
- Experience of Office 2013 or more
- Experience of Office 365
- Experience on Azure
- Experience of MDM solution
- Knowledge of SSCM/SCOM/Nagios
- Experience of Citrix
- Experience of VEEAM and Backup exec
- Experience of writing detailed URS/SOP/WI/IQ/OQ/PQ documentation
- Experience of working in a Pharmaceutical/GxP environment
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Strong level of hardware/software troubleshooting ability
