Business Process analyst S/4The SAP Project Management Office is the information hub at Tractebel for the implementation of new SAP projects and connections with other applications which contains:
financial and Engineering project tracking and reporting.
Assurance and quality control
Information management
Risk and issue follow-up
Change Management and control.
Support and knowledge management.
Purpose of the role: The role of “Business Process analyst” is to support the Program Management Office Team with the extension of documentation that is needed to support the project implementation.
Additional responsibilities to assist the Program Manager with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance. Contributing of Quality Reviews and objectives
The Business process analyst will be in charge of:
1. Process management:
Analysis of current processes and determination of local variants towards the signed business blueprint
Design of those process
Link of those process to the test scripts (creation of test scripts for missing ones)
Upload documentation of process in SolMAN
2. SolMAN:
• Customisation and operation of the SAP SOLMAN modules: - Business Processes Modelling, Business Process Change Analysis, Business Process Monitoring
• Verify the assignation of functional specification to work packages and process structure
• Verify that project technical documentation is available and up to date in SolMAN
3. Experience
At least 2 years of SAP SOLMAN
Experience in architecting, implementing and supporting complex business processes in SAP Solution Manager
• Exposure to SAP Project Management methods (ASAP), to general project management principles and IT project life cycle methodologies using SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
• SAP SOLMAN Certifications are considered as an advantage
