MOBILE PACKET CORE ENGINEER
Flint is currently looking for a Mobile Packet Core Engineer with knowledge and understanding of Cisco packet core equipment (ASR 5500) including HGW and AGW
Key Skills:
- 8+ years telecoms experience with at least 4 years previous Core experience including performance and capacity management.
- Knowledge and understanding of Cisco packet core equipment (ASR 5500) including HGW and AGW
- Knowledge of STAR OS SW and Ideally Cisco CUPS SW
- Experience of VMware
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting packet core networks.
- Proven track record in striving for continuous improvement and driving efficiencies, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Good working knowledge of 3GPP, IETF and GSMA standards and architectures.
- Good understanding of Operational and Business support systems.
- Good practical skills in troubleshooting and fault resolution on an end to end basis
- Project life cycle understanding.
- Good time management and ability to work to deadlines.
