Location: - Brussels• Role: Business Analysts/Consultants with good experience as SAP IS-U Functional Analyst with basic technical knowledge of querying, batch jobs, excel uploads etc. (no ABAP) with knowledge in Switching and Metering module (SAP IS-U Functional domain of Metering and Market Interaction) as top priority.

Job Description -
Job functions / responsibilities:
Utilities retail Back Office support functions which include activities like
- Re-processing of failed messages / queues / data
- Handling of exceptions
- Manually and/or semi-automated updating of data
- Data querying and data-selection
- Handling of mass contracting exceptions
- Handling of overflow non-MIG6 activities from back-offices
- Support in handling of incidents in Squads (resolution / analysis /
re-processing)
- Resending of information request to customers
Job Level Specific Duties
•Clear understanding of Utilities retail business processes
•Learning and fully understanding the data landscape in databases and applications
•Understanding of Belgium utility market with MIG4.1 & MIG6 (Data exchange and market processes structure) is preferred
• Create ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis (light technical role)
• Assist with documentation of SOPs for manual activities and exception resolution processes
• Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the customer environment.

• Typically requires 2-3 years relevant experience.
Minimum Education and Certifications
• Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Skills
• Analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
• Organizing and planning skills, with ability to support multiple projects and multiple end-user communities simultaneously
• Experience with SAP ISU Modules and CRM
• Experience with MS-Office
• Light experience with database queries
• Good ability to provide technical support and leadership
