Salesforce - Senior Einstein Developer - Remote
Empiric has received exclusive instructions from one of the world's most innovative consultancies, for a senior Salesforce Einstein developer role with strong Einstein knowledge and also understands pipelines.
Experience with Einstein is a must while experience with Design, develop and deploy Einstein dashboards, visualizations and analytics would be a big strength
This exciting opportunity will both challenge and improve your Salesforce skills to the max and enhance your competences.
Skills/experience required:
- Forecasting: Create a prediction for the next 4 quarters for specific customer tiers handled by our distributors. Split up by Region, Distributor and Product Family. Use Time-series forecasting
- Exclusively looking forward at open pipeline, scoring the individual opportunities with expected close dates as most likely (to close as won) or unlikely (to close) and from that deriving your wins per quarter
- Exclusively looking backward at historic wins and applying classical time-series (eg ARIMA) models to predict the future
- Create a predictive model using non-SFDC data, such as quote responses. Understand what is needed to have such a model provide Real Time forecast for new inputs
- Use Einstein to predict the likelihood of unchanged approvals and give that score to the Unit Approver
Scenarios:
Create waterfall charts with the possibility to look why changes occurred in the last period
Automate the manual process of forecasting the most likely opportunities
Identify win and lost our opportunities with actionable patterns
Term: 12 to 18 months plus possible extensions
