Description

As SharePoint Administrator you will be responsible for helping to rebuild current brand content recently moved over from previous CRM system. You will support in rearranging content, creating hyperlinks and improving the end user piece.

Essential

  • Ability to understand and configure SharePoint as a platform for business use and productivity.
  • Ability to lead architectural design discussions, obtain consensus among stakeholders and carry those designs through deployment and into operations.
  • Experience of providing high demand/mission critical systems on a 24x7 basis.
  • Knowledge of Service Management disciplines engagement, design, delivery and maintenance life cycles in a high technology or IT services domain.
  • Have an understanding of ITIL best practice, qualified to a minimum of ITIL Foundation.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective problem solving skills in complex support incidents.
  • Excellent relationship skills - the ability to build positive relationships with both technical and business personnel.
  • Experience of delivering high demand technical services in a complex Matrix structure.
  • Good communication skills in written and oral presentation material
  • Ability to demonstrate effective collaboration capability within virtual teams and multi-party environments.
