Infrastructure Event Management
Provide administration and ongoing support of Microsoft SCCM. Create software packages for automatic distribution. Support software updates and patch deployments to the client infrastructure. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the workplace system-level across all desktop areas,. Work includes L2/L3 intermediate and advanced level troubleshooting.
Candidates need to be British national, SC cleared only.
