KDB Developer
Contract length 12 months
Location- London
Rate- £1050/day through an umbrella company.
Outsource UK are currently working with a tier 1 banking client, who are seeking a KDB developer to support electronic trading systems. Developing on a analytics platform, working closely with quants and electronic tech team in implementing fit-for-purpose solutions.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Extensive development experience in Front Office/electronic trading systems.
- Excellent Q/Kdb+ programming skills on Linux.
- Full-life cycle development on at least one large commercial system, focusing on significant development of large distributed Kdb+ systems.
- Experience with Test-Driven/Behaviour-Driven Development
- Experience with low latency systems would be beneficial.
