Service Desk Analyst (Inside IR35)

Very exciting opportunity to join a busy Service Desk in Lingley Mere, Warrington in a well-established team. As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide a single point of contact and first line technical support for all IT enquiries from internal customer, whilst following well defined ITIL processes.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for the accurate registration of new incidents and requests, as well as the assessment of business impact to ensure the correct priority level is assigned. You will have strong technical and customer service skills to drive first contact resolution and customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the management of incidents and requests through to resolution, escalating where appropriate.

Candidate needs to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • A proven track record of delivering customer service in an ITIL led Service Desk environment.
  • Experience of working to defined ITIL processes - Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment & Change Management.
  • Experience of providing technical support for Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8 and Windows 10 desktop environments, Microsoft desktop (Office) applications including MS Teams or other Collaboration Tools, Networks and Telephony, Samsung mobile and tablet and IPhone Support, Active Directory user admin, Citrix, Endpoint security tool, Experience of ITSM tool
