3rd Line Engineer - iTrent - Burton Upon Trent
3rd Line Engineer required for a leading client based in in Burton Upon Trent. You will be coming on board to provide 3rd/4th Line support centralised around iTrent HR system. You must be able to configure, troubleshoot and solve problems and issues in iTrent HR system.
Key skills required:
- 3rd/4th Line Engineer experience
- iTrent experience is essential
- Involved in ticket based systems
- Ability to identify and evaluate incident trends
- High level 3rd Party Vendor engagement skills
- Solid background of supporting Windows Server environments
- Clear written and verbal communication
