We are currently seeking an experienced Security Cleared (SC/DV) Skype for Business Architect on behalf of our global IT client:

Overview:
The role will contribute to the design, build and test of unified comms services for chat presence, secure voice, video and desktop sharing based on Skype for Business.
Key Skills:
- experience of designing, building, testing and troubleshooting unified comms services.
- experience of Skype for Business systems designed to operate in high security environments.
- Experience of working in highly secure environments.
- Able to contribute to project planning activities eg identifying objectives for sprints, dependencies, etc.
- Familiar with agile and waterfall development methodologies (ideally SAFe), tools and templates.
- Practical experience of designing, building, testing and troubleshooting unified comms services.
- Previous experience of Skype for Business systems designed to operate in high security environments.
- Experience of implementing test processes eg test plans, test scripts, test harnesses.
- Experience of developing documentation to methodology standards, templates, etc. eg Designs, scripts, operations manuals.
Position:
- The role will contribute to the design, build and test of unified comms services for chat presence, secure voice, video and desktop sharing based on Skype for Business.
- Contribute to project planning eg identifying objectives for sprints, dependencies, etc.
- Contribute to detailed design and build of unified comms infrastructure.
- Responsible for development of test artefacts (test and trial plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test harnesses, etc.) and performing component and behaviour tests, with support from Systems Team, architect, and lead engineer.Support to developing scripts and playbooks for automated deployment, with support from automation tooling specialists.Support to developing operations manual content, agent scripts, user guide, service catalogue content and self-help guides.
