Description

Role: Azure Integration Developer

Location: Manchester

Duration: 6 months

Overview:

  • The successful candidate will be working on a project and be responsible for development and unit testing using Azure Integration Services. They will possess the skills and experience to have the ability to utilize the entire Azure Integration Services stack for the purpose of interface/API development

Key Essential Skills:

  • Developing, building and deploying integrations based on Microsoft Stack using the following: Logic apps, Azure functions, App Services, API Management/API Gateway, Azure Service bus, C #, Event Grid
  • Experience of developing integration solutions for internal and external facing systems on Azure Integration Services
  • Experience in delivering integration using technologies such as .NET architectures, Biztalk Server
  • Experience integrating in Dynamics 365 Platform or similar SaaS products like Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps Toolset
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Standards (e;g Canonical data models etc..)
  • Knowledge of Interface specification standards using OpenAPI/Swagger
  • 5+ years experience working in a similar role

Desirable Skills:

  • A background in development roles
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud
  • Experience of agile ways of working and use of DevOps practices for delivering integrations
  • Has good understanding of various Enterprise Integration patterns
  • Azure Certified Developer or DevOps certification

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for local environment setup
  • Communication with onsite & offshore team members for proper understanding of requirements and reporting of progress in development
  • Liaise with the onshore lead Designer & customer stakeholders to design interfaces/APIs
  • Responsible for code deployment using DevOps
  • Participate in meetings required to report status of project
  • Provide support for various Test Phases within the programme in resolving technical issues
  • Provide required support during go-Live
  • Post go-Live, provide hyper care support
