Service Desk Analyst - SC Cleared

My client is currently looking to hire a team of Service Desk Analysts to join their support team mainly across 1st and 2nd line issues predominantly in a Windows environment.
The successful candidate will have experience with Windows 10, O365 and VPNS. This will be an onsite role providing call answering support on a rotation basis.
Key Skills:
* Ensuring calls are answered within SLA target times
* Fantastic Customer service and communication
* In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Proficiency in Office 365 Administration - new users accounts, password resets etc
* Call resolution via telephone, email, and remote services.
* VPN/Remote working support
