2nd Line Engineer - Inside IR35

I am currently looking for an experienced customer facing 2nd Line Support Engineer in North Yorkshire for a 3 month assignment. The role will be based onsite in Harrogate. This will be a customer facing role and involve Deskside Support.

  • Good customer services skills
  • Ensure quality 2nd line IT support is delivered as part of the IT Operations team.
  • Active Directory and Exchange account administration
  • Windows Server, VMWare and Storage.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010
  • W10 and O365
  • Networking experience in WAN/LAN, VPN
  • Good communicator who can follow instructions remotely.
  • Experience of Active Directory,
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting storage devices.
  • An understanding of ITIL
  • Remote support to the users at home by phone or PC remote control software.
