Description
We are currently looking to recruit a contract Service Desk Engineer to work onsite with our customer based in Worcestershire. This non-profit organisation is currently undergoing several large transformation projects and this role will be essential to providing support to there IT Service Desk team.
Successful applicants must have the following experience;
- Experience working in 1st line capacity Service Desk/Help Desk within large enterprise organisations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience working with IT ticketing/service management software such as as Ivanti, ServiceNow etc
- Previous experience resolving/escalating technical issues regarding Win 10, Intune, Azure, AD, Exchange and VPN/Network connectivity.
This role will be based onsite in Worcestershire.
