The Network Management Center (NMC) is the focal point for network faults, monitoring alarms, troubleshooting issues, reporting on failures, managing vendors' response time to faults, calling out technicians, restoring network elements, and maintenance.
The NMC/NOC Monitoring Tools Specialist is responsible for ensuring the monitoring tool is functioning to its full capacity. As the on-site/resident engineer you will be the point of contact for issues/faults relating the bespoke monitoring tool. The tool runs on a Linux Redhat platform with a windows Front End.
