Platform Engineer

My financial service client is looking to add a talented platform engineer to their existing team. Ideally, we are looking for engineers to develop, support and maintain the bank's operational platform to engineer, validate, implement quality assuring technical solutions.
- Experience of Red Hat's Enterprise Linux v6,7 and 8 including support experience and use of Satellite
- Experience of Docker, Kubernetes or Openshift.
- Experience of tooling associated with containerisation technologies.
- Root cause analysis and remediation of issues
- Experience in one or more Scripting languages (Ansible, Bash, Python, Perl).
- Experience with software configuration using Puppet.
- Engineering mindset able to challenge the status quo and automate manual processes to deliver additional value.
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication & teamwork skills
