We are Hiring for Performance Analyst Role

Work location: Manchester, Blackpool, Leeds, Newcastle, London, Sheffield/Hybrid

Minimum Requirement:

Have a deep technical knowledge and understanding of the configuration and deployment of digital analytics tools. Be able to validate/assure analytics configurations and design overall implementation protocols for analytics tools.

Understanding of programming and reporting languages such as SQL, Power Query; M and DAX in the context of implementation and configuration of analytical data.

Able to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes. Delivers analysis and information that addresses stakeholder needs and provides recommendations. Collaborates with user researchers and other user-focused professions.

Core Purpose
The Digital Performance Analyst is a custodian of data, who looks to improve how DWP uses and shares insights and the tools they develop, to deliver best services to Citizens.
Summary of the Role and key responsibilities
As a Digital Performance Analyst you deliver performance analysis that helps services to meet the Government's Digital by Default Service Standard.
You are responsible for delivering high-quality analysis of departmental web analytics and other data in relation to digital services.
The key purpose of this role is to deliver accurate and efficient performance reporting and analytical insight for the digital services that you work with.
You ensure the business understands how people are using our digital service(s) and will focus on undertaking analysis that will drive customer-centric innovations and investments to improve the user experience.
Technical Skills required
Understanding of programming and reporting languages such as SQL, Power Query; M and DAX in the context of implementation and configuration of analytical data.
Knowledge and Experience required:
eg Previous experience of working for a government dept.
The key purpose of this role is to deliver performance reporting and analytical insight for the digital service that they work with. They will develop and maintain performance frameworks that drive user centric innovations and investments to improve the service.
