Description: We're looking for a number Technical Customer Success Engineer/Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This is key role for us as you will be working with one of our largest clients, playing a big role in delivering on their large scale projects.
This is a perfect role for someone who has worked within a consulting/client facing environment and has a strong technical background in programming and databases. This role requires a French, Spanish or German speaker.
Your Responsibilities
- Play a key part in each phase of an implementation project, you will be heavily involved in phases such as planning, portfolio assessments, development, production operations etc
- Work as a Consultant for this client within a large delivery team which consists of Project Managers, Engineers and Sales
- Being a brand ambassador and advisor for our client on their projects, helping the customer win their digital battles
- Work on a product roadmap with the technical team
- Be flexible - once things are back to normal this role will require regular travel, we want you to build a strong and lasting relationship with our clients and attend workshops, meetings, demos etc face to face
Requirements:
- Customer facing/consulting experience - we need someone who is experienced in dealing with senior stakeholders on client side
- Programming experience - we're open to someone with experience with the following languages: Python, Java, C++, Node.js, Scala
- Database experience - you'll need to have worked with Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server
- Understanding of Linux systems
- Ability to solve problems quickly, you'll need to be able to think on your feet and solve client challenges
- Fluent in French, Spanish or German
