Description
EUC Engineer - London - £200 per day (Inside IR35) - 5-Month Contract
Role Responsibilities:
Designing, managing and supporting Windows 10 build images build, ensuring these are updated to incorporate new baselines from a security and hardware perspective
Managing and maintaining the Microsoft Endpoint Manager toolset (SCCM/Intune)
Adhering to the packaging life cycle (discovery, packaging, testing, release) for all deployments
Design, development and maintenance of software packages (including PC and laptop builds) using SCCM, Mobile Iron, Intune, Microsoft App-v, Active Directory and Group Policies.
Maintaining a regular release cadence for software to ensure no end of life (EoL) or end of support (EoS) software exists on the EUC estate
Managing the Citrix virtual desktop environment
Managing the Mobile Iron/Intune Mobile Device Management environment
Ensuring security compliance across the EUC estate
Providing 3rd line escalation support to the EMEA Service Desk
Skills And Experience Required
Strong experience with Microsoft Operating System Deployment (Windows 10/SCCM)
Strong experience in managing and supporting virtual desktop technologies (Citrix and Microsoft)
Strong experience in managing and supporting Mobile Device Management technologies (Mobile Iron and Intune) Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Strong working knowledge of application packaging using tools such as Admin Studio
Experience with Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations
ITIL Foundation qualified
MCSE certification is desirable
