My Prestigious London based client are looking for a Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to join them on a contract basis.

The CRM Architect will be responsible for leading the design of technical solutions within a programme of work delivering new CRM platforms based on Dynamics 365. They will provide technical leadership within the delivery teams implementing these solutions.

As the technical authority on the programme the SA will own key relationships with other technical stakeholders across the business and with 3rd party partners.

This is a delivery-focused architect role, with an emphasis on data architecture, that is pivotal to the successful rollout of CRM solutions across the organisation.


  • Experience of working as a Solutions Architect on large CRM Programmes - D365 CE ideally
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand technical & business requirements and developing solutions to meet these
  • Experience of identifying, evaluations and presenting options and leading decision making to support delivery of the technical solution
  • Proven experience of sharing expertise of D365 and their application
  • Experience developing and implementing data architectures and migration approaches
  • Experience of working with the Microsoft eco-system/application stack
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud migration projects
  • Experience in integrating CRM solutions with Legacy applications
  • Experience of working with MS Dynamics 2016
  • Strong delivery focus - able to act as technical lead on initial CRM implementation phases
  • Experience of working with other Programme & Project teams to ensure that technical interdependencies are understood and controlled - eg - ensuring that data architecture & migration activities are fit for purpose
  • Demonstrable experience of producing quality technical plans, architectural artefacts and design documents
  • Experience of supporting the rollout of technical products into the business units, for example, specifying and preparing environment configurations and overseeing technical activities for the deployment of releases to non-production and production environments, working with IT operational staff to enable effective handovers to ongoing support
  • Ability to maintain alignment to, and contribute to the development of, corporate architectural strategy, practices and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience in membership organisations, heritage, visitor attractions and/or retail -DESIRABLE
