UC/VOIP Consultant - Mitel, MS Teams, Contact Centre
Experience should include consulting on Unified Comms/VOIP Telephony project and programmes, leading the technical delivery whilst migrating from on-prem to cloud based telephony and contact centre solutions workin closely with MSP's and technology partners. You will ideally have experience of Mitel and Microsoft Teams, which will be the primary technology solutions utilised as part of the migration and transformation of our clients voice solution across their UK operations as they move over to a cloud-based managed service.
