Description
Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Junior Desktop Analyst for a contract of five months initially. The client is based in Glasgow, however there will be elements of travel throughout the Greater Glasgow area for this role.
Working for a public sector client, the role calls for an individual who has previously worked within an IT environment. Other responsibilities can include supporting the build, delivery and installation of IT hardware.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have either relevant technical education of qualification or at least 2 years of IT experience within specialist area
- Degree/HND in IT or associated discipline with at least 2 years' experience in Desktop support role, field or call centre based, project or service support
- Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certified training in Microsoft Desktop operating systems, or Microsoft applications or HP/Dell/Lexmark hardware certification
- Full clean driving licence and access to transport
