Description
A key public sector client based in Gloucestershire is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team during a very busy period.
This role is 5 days a week, onsite in Gloucestershire. 3-6 month contract initially with high chance of extension. Start date ASAP.
Rate - £150/day depending on experience.
2nd Line Support Engineer essential experience:
- Previous experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer
- Basic configuration of assets
- Laptop Deployment
- Experience of Cisco WebEx desirable
- Face to face support for users
- Familiarity with Citrix desirable
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience of working with Jabber desirable
