Description
AV Support Engineer/Audio Visual Support Engineer (VIP & Exec Support, O365, Win10, BAU) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 7 months rolling contract, to be based in London, UK (5 days on-site).
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Must have strong AV VIP & Exec Technical Support (Audio Visual) experience
- The successful applicant will be providing the following AV services: fault calls, service requests, planned changes, VOIP telephony support, high level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair, O365, Windows 10, Deskside support
- Call management ServiceNow support
- BAU Support experience
- Supporting and manning the Technical AV Help Desk
- AV & IT Deskside support and stock control experience
- Excellent client facing experience
- Desirable: Mac IOS
- The position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
