WINTEL ENGINEER - SECURITY PROJECT
Woking/Home Based Hybrid
£375 a day Inside IR35
We are working with a EMEA Client currently in the midst of some large scale Transformations that urgently require an experienced Windows Engineer to join a Security Project.
The individual will require a diverse set of skills as we drive technology improvements into the IEH group of companies. They will work alongside a Senior Wintel Engineer dividing the portfolio of change to be delivered.
Core skills are the following:
Technologies
- Windows server engineer
- Windows desktop engineer
- Active Directory
- Networking: Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Merali, Cisco, Palo Alto
- VM Ware/Hyperflex
- Azure - networking, Firewalls, VMs, ...
- Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (Endpoint, Identity,..)
- Cisco Umbrella
- Mimecast
- AlienVault SIEM
- Security SaaS access control (SAML, OAuth, etc)
- Thycotic
Skills:
- Able to operate in highly dynamic environment support multiple organisations
- Threat detection
- Threat response
- Incident response
- Security design
- Understanding and application of data protection (GDPR, plus German and US requirements)
In return the client will offer a starting day rate of up to £ for an initial 6 months
