SharePoint Trainer - Public Sector - Remote - Inside IR35
Day Rate - £260
Duration - 8 months
Harvey Nash's Client are looking for an experienced SharePoint/Office 365 trainer who has an extensive background in training design and delivery, as well as post training support across the whole 365 suite but primarily SharePoint Online. You will be required to engage with staff via electronic means; there will be no face to face or classroom based training involved.
Skills & Experience Required
- Comfortable in teaching the platform to user unfamiliar with O365 and SharePoint Online, and ideally will have had previous involvement as part of migration projects either from network file shares and/or older on prem SharePoint instances.
- Comfortable engaging with teams to establish training needs and work with them through the training/implementation phase until they are live on the platform.
- Some support skills to help teams in the post training phase, able to connect with users and be seen as approachable, proactive and can work independently.
- Experience recruiting, upskilling, and maintaining a SharePoint champions/super user network. These champions/super users will not always be nominated/provided, they will have to be sought out and you will be responsible for designing the best approach for this.
