Hiring a Senior security infrastructure engineer for a 6 month contractCan start ASAP
6 Month contract
Rate: €50 per hour
Fully Remote
Work together with Architecture and Operations teams to deliver new
or enhance existing security platforms and services
? Take high-level requirements -> Convert into your own plan -> Pick your
design -> Choose your components -> Drive implementation -> Deliver
results
? Support other Security department functions and stakeholders with
ever-growing knowledge and expertise
? Contribute to innovations and roadmaps for security technologies of
your specialization
? Help in shaping and steering internal team tooling, processes,
engagement models
Requirements * 5+ years hands-on experience in designing and building IT solutions in
medium or large organizations
* Strong knowledge of Network security solutions, common Internet
protocols and services
* Strong understanding of either Windows or Linux-based servers,
workstations, internals, tools, databases
* Good understanding how to build resilient solutions (HA setups, elastic
load-balancing, DR considerations)
* English comprehension, reading and writing skills: at least above-average
level
* Patient, persistent, curious and self-driven: able to drive technical
leadership in the face of frequent challenges
* Proven track record in building and/or managing at least a few securityfocused infrastructure technologies and platforms (e.g. new-gen firewalls, web
proxies, email security gateways, WAFs, EPP, antimalware sandboxing, threat
intelligence, IDS/IPS, PKI, HSM, IAM ecosystems, SIEM, honeypots, vulnerability
scanners, etc.)
Bonus Points:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in fields relevant to IT or security
* Certifications related to Networks, Windows / Linux operating systems
(RH, MC series)
* Knowledge and experience of building solutions on Danske IT topologies
(internal candidates)
