Data Integration Engineer m/f/dTo support my client in Amsterdam I am looking for a Data Integration Engineer m/f/d
Project framework data:
Project start date: November 15th, 2021
Project end date: March 31st, 2022
Workload: Fulltime - 5 days/week - 40 hours
Remote Onsite Ratio: 40 / 60%
Project Location: Amsterdam - Netherlands / Remote
Projectlanguage: English - ( Dutch nice to have )
Projectdescription:
- Build the data pipelines from various systems (cloud and on premise) to the data lake/warehouse/store (mainly Azure)
- Different projects, so we need 4 - 6 engineers working simultaneously on them
Tasks (independent provision):
- Review the basics put in place so far within data integration - relevant systems -> Azure
- Determine together with the data architect (open position) the setup and roadmap for data integration
- Together with the Director Data & Analytics further form and shape the data integration team
- Have well documented processes and system landscape, including roles & responsibilities for the data integration team
Skillset:
Strong organization skills, people, processes and systems.
Experience in Azure, both from an architectural point of view as engineering, ability in building large scale robust data pipelines on PaaS and SaaS cloud stack and on premise.
Applying latest data engineering practices to provide high-quality datasets and analytics for multiple use cases. Implement and operate scalable, agile, quality-first data platforms (DataOps).
Design, architect, and code end-to-end data services (acquisition, cleaning, transformation, integration, modelling) and data environments for various applications and business domains.
Research and implement innovative MLOps & DataOps tools, libraries, frameworks and platforms for our data and analytics projects and transformation programs.
Work on a backlog of activities to raise MLOps & DataOps maturity in the organization while conducting internal training and presentations about tools' benefits, best practices, governance, and usage
