My client is looking for a number of Deskside Engineers to join their existing team onsite in Solihull, due to the end client you will need to utilise an Umbrella Solution for payments.
Duties to include but not limited to
- Manage and deliver service requests, as part of the deployment program, deploying desktop and laptop solutions to the client.
- Follow instruction from the team leader to ensure that the team delivers to agreed targets
- Work closely with other resolver groups as well as the local teams
- To diagnose problems accurately using all the available resources and technical knowledge
