A fantastic opportunity for a professional, engaging individual to join a prestigious firm as an IT Procurement Analyst, in their leading London-based Technology Team.
Key responsibilities:
Administration:
- Organisation, authorisation and payment of invoices.
- Preparation of purchase orders.
- Preparation for twice yearly budget process
- Contract database maintenance
- Control of Contracts Database
Procurement:
- Procurement of all IT hardware, software and services.
- Project support for procurement exercises.
- Product and service inventory review and maintenance.
Contracts:
- Contract/Supplier Management.
- Measurement and analysis of supplier SLA and KPIs.
- Liaison with IT Services Manager on effectiveness of suppliers and services
- Where appropriate, preparation of RFIs, RFQs, NDAs and RFPs with support from the Procurement Officer
Key skills:
- Demonstrate understanding of practices that help achieve value for money solutions in procurement and experience in defining contract requirements
- Demonstrable experience of budget forecasting, cost management, risk management and compliance
- Experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices
- Ability to manage all aspects of software and license management.
- CIPS certification level 3 or 4 in procurement and supply is advantageous
Contract rate is inside IR35
