Description
WA Consultants are looking for a Business Operations Associate for fintech company.
You will be working in a team that is first and second line of support for the customer's partners for operational errands.
You will handle partner-facing contacts only, supporting partners with information, guidance, order management, technical issue debugging and much more!
Tasks and responsibilities
- Reach out to all Tier Partners and request information required by other internal teams. Purely Outbound.
- Liaise with internal Teams
- Configuration support for all live, onboarding/offboarding Tier Partners
