We are looking for the right candidate to be a trusted advisor and efficient administrator for the Global Talent Acquisition EMEA Team.

As an ambassador for the GTA EMEA LT (Leadership Team), both internally and externally, the Business Assistant will need to demonstrate a high degree of accountability, autonomy, customer facing capabilities and interpersonal skills.

The BA is to ensure smooth and seamless integration and management of the GTA EMEA team, applying pro-activity, initiative, discretion, and confidentiality to all tasks.

Responsibilities

Act as an ambassador and key contact for all matters related to the GTA EMEA Team, constantly feeding back to the LT team

Work closely with the Business Manager on team wide business operations initiatives. Maintain the ROB.

Book meeting rooms, catering and AV for GTA EMEA meetings.

Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information.

Developing a knowledge of the business group strategy and/or functional expertise and acting as an information resource to the business group.

Coordinating team morale events while staying within managing the allocated budget.

Maintaining and publishing organizational charts, contact lists, org level aliases and distribution groups.

Ownership of internal processes, including MyOrder - creating Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, ordering Hardware/Software/Procurement.

Organize Live Meetings for large group meetings.

Excellent Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
