CIO Support Consultant - Copenhagen and remote - Danish speaking
One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a CIO Support Consultant.
For this role you will need to be based onsite in Copenhagen 2-3 days per week.

Job Description and responsibilities
Experienced consultant with experience in technology strategy, leadership to support the CIO of an Insurance client on a change management program for a post merger integration between 2 insurance companies
Ability to work on the technology and organizational change management strategy with CIO, but also be hands on work to structure work/slides and get things done
Has technology depth, understands all areas in technology at a high level and future tech and how to connect it to business value.
Have a deeper expertise in either software development or infrastructure/cloud
Nice to have - experience in complex transformation programs
Any Other Requirements (Optional)
Deep competence in building a story and the content behind it (ppt guru), in the end being able to sell the story
Leadership experience, how to develop leaders and individuals, can apply change management
Communicative & connected, being able to sell IT but also communicating through change
Delivery focused - go the extra mile
Nice to have - experience as a test manager for transformation programs
