1st/2nd Line Support

Type: Contract - with plan of going permanent after 3 months.

Duration: 3 month initial

Day Rate: Circa £107 per day (Umbrella)

Location: Braintree

Exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join a busy Service Desk for national utilities infrastructure company. This role is initially going to be a three month day rate but the plan is for the chosen to candidate to have the opportunity of going permanent after circa three months in the role.

The IT Team is responsible for the provision, development and ongoing management & support of all the principal technology systems.

The chosen candidates key responsibilities will be support services to individual users as managed through the service desk - in the office, at sites and for those working from home/remotely and assisting in the maintenance and development of the Group's systems infrastructure

Key Skills/Experience

- Office 365 User Experience

- Microsoft Windows Client

- Knowledge of IT Software/Hardware

- MDM/Mobile Device Support

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to liaise with a variety of users on a day to day basis
