Description
Senior Service Manager required to work with a Government department. This is an initial 6-month contract, paying £635 a day, inside IR35, remote working.
Ideally you will be SC Cleared or eligible for SC Clearance.
As a Senior Service Manager, you will have experience of Splunk or SIEM tooling service transition and management. You may also have service design experience with SIEM tooling.
Main Responsibilities:
*Splunk and/or SIEM tooling service transition and management.
*Lead the requirements gathering to identify the Service-related work package
*Lead the Service requirements assurance process to ensure all requirements being gathered by Managed Service Providers, meet the needs of the Authority and have been signed off
*Work across teams to ensure Service Designs and SLAs are fit for purpose
*Across the contracts, identify scope of services, service risk & waivers, dependencies, transition approach and timescales
*Ensure all process comply within internal security and technology standards.
Essential Skills:
*Experience of Splunk or SIEM tooling service transition and management.
*Experience in service design experience with SIEM tooling.
