SC Cleared Solution Architect - 3 months - £ per day inside IR35 - Remote with some travel to Liverpool on occasion

Preference will be given to candidates who hold an active SC clearance
We require a Change Solution Architect to join the Safeguarding & Identity (S&I) business.
This position is for an experienced client facing Solutions Architect to work within the change team supporting account growth and change requests that are of significant importance to both the client and the SI, through the full life cycle of qualification, design and response continuing into delivery.
The successful candidate will work alongside the account CTO, Lead Architects, BAs and SMEs to gain an understanding of the clients' services and solutions with specific responsibility for delivering Growth and Change activity on the Account.
The Solution Architect will define, validate and provide the overall solution for any change or growth opportunities, working with the client commercial, architecture and business teams to produce tangible output/recommendations-based solution that can be utilised to create new business opportunities aligned fully with client's technical strategy.
This role demands the candidate to have strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to identify solutions and be proficient in technology transformation projects and the production of project proposals.
You should have a track record of independently producing technical solutions, whilst assisting with transitioning these change projects into delivery projects. Giving input on architectural decisions for features and investigating and resolving issues with Legacy code and practices. Mentor junior members and teaching best practice through sharing new knowledge and improvements with other teams.

. Experience of a wide range of enterprise technologies
. The ability to create solutions for complex work requests
. Strong organisational skills; keep track of multiple, complex time-critical activities; attention to detail
. The ability to work effectively with remote and virtual teams
. The ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
. Broad knowledge of Infrastructure Architecture such as Cloud Provisioning, Servers (Linux and Wintel), backups, storage, networks
. Knowledge of solutions based on: Oracle, Solaris/Linux, OBIEE, Oracle E-business suite, Informatica, Java & XML
. A good understanding of software testing principles
